Due to the weather conditions today Tuesday, Feb 13th all recycling and trash routes are NOT running. We will be running on a 1 day delay for the rest of the week. Below, is how the schedule will look:

The trash company missed us this past Friday. We called today and they will be out this Friday, 1/26/24, to collect trash.
McCauley Tree Services will be out on November 30th to clean up the dead trees and prune around the island. They will also be cutting down trees at the entrance.
Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the island before the 30th.
We have contracted with a tree removal company to clean up the trees around the HOA. Once we have a date set, we will notify everyone via Facebook and our website https://fairlawncourtca.com

The Skippack Fire Company will be stopping by on August 17th at 7pm to show off their vehicles. They will also be providing water ice to everyone.
