Incoming Snow Storm

Dear HOA Residents,

With an upcoming snow storm in the forecast, we want to share important information to help ensure safe and effective snow removal throughout our community.

Snow Removal Services
Our snow removal team will provide standard plowing and cleanup as conditions allow. If weather conditions require extended cleanup, our team will ensure the roads are properly taken care of.

Parking Restrictions – Critical for Plowing Access
To allow plows to safely and effectively clear roadways, no vehicles may be parked on the following roads during the storm and cleanup period:

  • North Gorski Annex
  • Elm Court
  • Red Oak Court

The roadway is tight, with limited space to push snow. If vehicles remain in these areas during the storm, these roads will not be plowed, as safe access will not be possible.

How Residents Can Prepare

  • Please relocate vehicles off all three plow routes before snowfall begins.
  • Avoid parking near mailboxes, corners, and narrow sections of road.
  • Allow additional time for crews to complete plowing after the storm ends.

Your cooperation is essential to keeping our community safe and accessible during winter weather. Thank you for helping us prepare and for supporting our snow removal crews.

If you have any questions, please contact the HOA management team.

Stay safe and warm,

Fairlawn Court HOA Board

Sidewalk Repair

On Tuesday November 25th, contractors will be out to start repairing the sidewalks near the mailboxes. They will demo and remove the concrete on Tuesday. On Monday December 1st, weather permitted, they will pour the concrete. Please use caution.

Road Paving

We are excited that our 2024 Road Improvement project will soon be underway! Please see the following schedule for road milling/paving (subject to change with any inclement weather):

Pheasant Lane, Dogwood Lane, Abby Lane – 6/27 thru 7/3
Pine Lane, Township Line Road, Store Road, Serenity Street, Hudnut Road – 7/8 thru 7/11

No cars may be parked on these roads while work is happening between the hours of 7am and 5pm. Towing will be at the owner’s expense. There may be minor delays while work is being done, but you will still be able to get in and out of your neighborhood and to your house as needed.

Please contact the Township at roads@skippacktownship.org if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!
