The Annual Membership Meeting of the Fairlawn Court Community Association has been scheduled for Wednesday July 29, 2026 at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held in the Board Room at the Skippack Township Municipal Building on Heckler Road.
Below is the agenda for this year’s meeting:
- Introduction of current board members
- Nominations for new members
- Election of board members
- Year-end Financial Reports
- Review and approval of 2026 budget
- Late Payment of Monthly Dues
- Upkeep of Property and Fines
- New Architectural Request Form
- Creation of Architecture Committee to address discontinued materials (looking for volunteers)
- Creation of Committee to review the Rules and Regulations (looking for volunteers)
- Dog Waste Stations
- Dues Increase beginning 2027
- Your comments and concerns

If you cannot attend the annual meeting on July 29, please designate someone who will be at the meeting to vote in your place. Give your signed form to the person you designate to cast your vote. Please note: this proxy shall remain in effect until the conclusion of this meeting, the rescheduled meeting, or the adjournment meeting unless earlier terminated by the issuing homeowner.
